WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Idoven seeks a seasoned Principal Architect to guide their software systems design and implementation. This role will take the lead in utilizing technologies such as Python, Cloud Services, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Health Level Seven International (HL7), and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).

Reporting directly to their CTO, you will work closely with the solution team to drive innovation, improve the system infrastructure, and ensure their technological solutions align with the company's business needs and strategic goals.

In your day to day, you will be expected to:

1. Define and maintain software architecture for scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency.
2. Lead software solution design and implementation aligned with business requirements and tech strategy.
3. Evaluate technology infrastructure, propose innovative solutions, and prioritize system integration.
4. Oversee integration of Python, Cloud services, RPA, HL7, and FHIR into existing systems while ensuring data security and privacy.
5. Champion agile methodologies, research emerging tech, and guide development team for efficient, strategic projects.

WHAT DO THEY NEED FROM YOU TO CONQUER THIS CHALLENGE?

In order to conquer this exciting challenge, they would love you to bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Architect, Senior Software Developer, or a similar leadership role.
  
• Deep expertise in Python and Cloud services, with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Solid experience in software development and coding in various languages (e.g., Python, C, C++).
• Proven experience with healthcare-related technology integrations, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Comprehensive understanding of various operating systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications would be a plus.

HOW WILL THE SELECTION PROCESS BE?

We'll get to know you in a short videocall and then you'll meet:

1. HR people for a first contact.
2. Then you'll do a tech test (1-3 hours)
3. Your future manager (Roberto) for a tech talk.
4. Some colleagues from your future team.
5. (Possibly) some other people for a more informal talk to make sure the match is perfect!
